At Milšped Group, I manage corporate security, including physical and technical security across the company. I conduct risk assessments, identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop security policies and procedures.
I coordinate TAPA security standards, from implementation and audit preparation to compliance monitoring and corrective actions. I also manage security-related projects, including planning, budgeting, and coordination with contractors and suppliers.
My work includes supporting business continuity and emergency preparedness, managing security incidents, and coordinating responses with relevant authorities. I prepare security reports and conduct inspections and compliance checks across company facilities.
Before joining Milšped Group, I served in the Serbian Armed Forces Guard, organizing transport and assessing risks, and participated in teaching at the Military Academy’s Department of Traffic Engineering. I hold a master’s degree in Logistics from the University of Belgrade and completed TAPA security courses.
