At Orcrist, I manage three teams building AI products for European defence and law enforcement organisations. I lead the Applications sub-department of Engineering, covering intelligence extraction, the Insights application, and the Agentic Platform.
I also handle people management, interviewing and hiring, and shared engineering topics such as the design system, authentication, feature flags, and audit. I stay close to the code, programming as an individual contributor for around 20% of my time, depending on company needs.
As a Software Engineer and Consultant, I designed and implemented web applications for clients across Europe and America, including AI startups, SMBs, and e-commerce businesses. I also developed and migrated e-commerce platforms using MedusaJS.
Previously, I managed engineering at Zapp, leading development of warehouse inventory and supply chain management software and building the team from scratch. At Amazon Web Services, Amazon, and Scotiabank, I contributed to design systems, machine-learning-supported planning tools, workflow software, and digital banking projects.
