Alam Zeb

I am a retired Deputy Director (BPS-18) with 42 years of progressive experience in finance, auditing, and public-sector financial management within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. I joined service in 1983 and retired in June 2024 after a long career overseeing financial operations and audits.

I have led audit planning and execution, developed financial strategies, and managed budgeting and forecasting processes. I have extensive experience in financial reporting, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

My work emphasized risk assessment, internal controls, process improvement, and stakeholder communication, and I have guided cross-functional teams to strengthen governance and operational effectiveness. I have also supported strategic initiatives including due diligence and capital evaluation.

I am committed to mentoring teams, driving continuous improvement, and applying deep public-sector finance and audit expertise to advisory, oversight, or leadership roles where sound governance and measurable efficiency gains are priorities.
