What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to herbal and nutraceutical R&D through extraction and formulation development, laboratory method development, SOPs, quality documentation, and process improvement in a collaborative, QMS-aligned environment.

At Vidya Herbs Pvt. Ltd., I've spent over 10 years designing laboratory experiments and developing extraction methodologies for herbal and nutraceutical products. My work includes Ashwagandha Withaferin-A, tetrahydrocurcumin, gingerol, garcinol, chlorophyllin, and botanical vitamin and mineral extraction.

I've also contributed to organic and liposomal multivitamin formulations, plant-protein extraction, and animal feed formulations from extracted plant materials. I create SOPs and protocols, maintain GLP/GMP-aligned quality documentation, and support cross-functional teams through scientific analysis, training, and process improvement.
