What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and build scalable, configuration-driven enterprise web platforms in global Agile teams, using Angular and backend technologies to improve delivery, quality, and customer outcomes.

At EPAM Systems, I lead frontend development for multi-region insurance platforms supporting policy purchase, renewal, and lifecycle management for thousands of customers. I designed a configuration-driven, multi-tenant architecture that reduced new product onboarding time by approximately 40%, and built reusable Angular libraries that improved development speed by 30%.

I've also delivered enterprise Helpdesk, Recruitment, Problem Escalation, and identity-access management systems at Iron Systems and Start Up Farms.
