What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity in quality, product, manufacturing, electronics, embedded systems, or IoT where I can investigate real-world problems, improve processes, and continue building practical engineering solutions.

At Robert Bosch Automotive Electronics India, I investigated dispensing, leakage, and water-pipe failures on the CHARCON EV Charger-Converter line, documenting root causes through A3PSS, Fishbone diagrams, IAR workflows, and process tracking.

I've used X-Ray inspection, microscopy, dye penetrant testing, bubble leak tests, SAP traceability, and Excel-based DMC analysis in automotive manufacturing. Alongside quality engineering, I build embedded and IoT projects including an emergency rescue management system, RFID bike security, accident alerts, smart parking, and computer-vision laser targeting.

Conducted failure root cause analysis on the CHARCON EV Charger-Converter product line, including bubble leak tests, X-Ray inspections, and dye penetrant testing. Authored Fishbone diagrams and IAR entries, tracked OPL closure, and supported production monitoring and documentation.
