Simplified package selection and shopping flows for an e-commerce experience. Structured package, slot, basket, payment, and delivery journeys to make checkout easier to navigate, and translated the redesigned experience into a functional website using Claude Code.

Designed and built a responsive WordPress website for a healthcare consulting firm. Structured service pages to make complex healthcare revenue-cycle services easier to understand, and organized service information and enquiry pathways to help providers find relevant support.

Designed the fan journey from NFC tap and artist discovery to merchandise and music playback. Developed artist flows and dashboard interfaces for content management, and designed the admin dashboard for platform management with interactive prototypes in Figma.
