I'm currently supporting ATG Business Solutions' Regulatory Reporting product team, reporting Shares Outstanding and daily equity positions for UK, Nordic, and French clients. I built an automated UK Shares Outstanding workflow that reduced processing time from 4.5 hours to 3 hours.

Previously at Goldman Sachs, I supported transaction banking, payment monitoring, FX processing, billing, reconciliations, settlements, and post-onboarding operations. I also helped onboard and validate more than 400 clients during the SVB failure.

In Regulatory Operations, I helped establish an APAC Centre of Excellence for back-reporting, led HKMA back-reporting, and supported CFTC, SFTR, and HKMA commitments. My work contributed to an 87% reduction in back-reporting volume and improved data accuracy through an Alteryx model that reduced error rates from 19% to 6%.

I've also supported up to 350 clients at Euronext Solutions across onboarding, servicing, billing, and invoicing, and reviewed developer submissions for Google Play Store policy compliance.
