I’m a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) with a B.Sc. in Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology and 1 year of Junior Medical Coder experience in ED Facility and Professional coding. I focus on precise code assignment and staying aligned with payer guidelines.

In my junior medical coder role, I assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for ED Facility and Professional charts. I maintain coding accuracy and productivity while reviewing clinical documentation to ensure it supports the codes billed.

My education and clinical exposure support how I interpret medical terminology and anatomy & physiology in real-world documentation. I’m comfortable working in EMR/EHR environments to extract the details needed for compliant coding.

I’m AAPC CPC certified, and I take pride in quality—whether it’s coding to the right standard, using medical terminology correctly, or documenting clearly for audit readiness. I’m now looking for a role where I can keep improving my coding accuracy and become even more effective with ED workflows.
