Akanksha Chavan

I’m a Bioanalytical Sciences Master’s graduate and Bioanalyst focused on clinical evaluation and data integrity. I’m driven to contribute to healthcare advancements through rigorous metabolomics and reliable clinical research support.

During my internship at Clarity Biosystems (IIT Bombay), I built hands-on experience in clinical data management and bioanalytical testing. I supported operational coordination for a clinical study on biomarker discovery, including subject recruitment, enrollment, informed consent, and protocol-compliant follow-ups.

My work involved processing biological samples (blood, plasma, urine) and analyzing results using GCMS. I also collected and managed clinical study data using EDC systems and paper-based CRFs, while preparing and maintaining source documents, reports, presentations, and summary documents.

I take pride in detail-oriented collaboration and regulatory compliance. I’m ready to bring a fresh perspective—leveraging my skills in chromatography, metabolomics, and data analysis—to support innovative research and meaningful collaborations in the clinical research ecosystem.
