I built SmartServe, a full-stack marketplace connecting clients with service providers, with an AI-based matching and ranking engine and calendar-based booking. I also added OTP-based provider approval, Kinyarwanda localization, and an admin payment-routing layer.

As a Freelance Full-Stack Developer, I’ve delivered independent and academic projects and built REST APIs with Django REST Framework and Node.js/Express. At Nkorela Techies, I completed hands-on Odoo ERP implementation training, configuring modules to fit client workflows; at Rwanda Revenue Authority, I contributed to the SIIDS application, including its TPMS module.
