I’m a dedicated Project Manager focused on sustainability advisory, translating whole life carbon and operational energy insights into investment-ready roadmaps. My work centers on decision support—connecting technical carbon modeling to practical strategy and measurable outcomes.

At Turner and Townsend Pvt Ltd., I spearhead sustainability advisory for embodied carbon in commercial real estate portfolios. I direct Whole Life Cycle Assessments to drive embodied carbon reductions of up to 50% and deliver up to 7% annual energy savings, while developing decarbonization roadmaps and cost-carbon trade-off models that guide investment decisions.

I also build the analytical foundation for credible reporting through lifecycle methods like Carbon Accounting and Lifecycle Assessment (LCA), supported by ESG Benchmarking for high-intensity retail environments. I enable circular outcomes—achieving a 22% increase in recycled content via strategic procurement—and contribute to operational performance through energy use intensity and conservation measures.

Before this, I worked as an S-4 & AHC BIM Engineer (2022–2023), where I executed BIM modeling, material take-offs, 3D visualization, and clash detection to improve design coordination. I bring that same precision mindset to sustainability delivery—turning complex assessments into clear, actionable plans aligned with long-term Net Zero strategy.
