I've spent 13+ years building enterprise software for payments, banking, capital markets, and e-commerce, most recently at Global Payments.
I designed and developed a conversational transaction AI-agent solution using Talkdesk Conversation AI Agent, backed by Java and Spring Boot REST APIs that expose governed transaction capabilities.
At Global Payments, I also architected Netspend customer-service IVR and backend services, automated workflows supporting 32K account activations, enabled approval of 6K accounts through ID scanning, and supported ordering of 82K corporate cards. My scheduled maintenance-fee processing generated approximately $1.5M per month.
Earlier, I built Java platforms at Samsung R&D and the National Stock Exchange. I bring hands-on system design, domain-driven design, enterprise integration, technical leadership, mentoring, code review, and AI-assisted engineering with Kiro.
