I'm building plotmap.com, a map-first real-estate platform with a purely functional Scala 3 backend and a reactive map-based frontend. I designed its geospatial search around PostGIS grid-clustering and built authentication and real-time updates into the platform.

In my backend work, I re-architected a high-throughput pricing service from ZIO to http4s and Cats Effect, validating the change with shadow traffic before cutover. I also built a Scala MCP server with 45+ tools and operational skills that the team uses daily.
