What I'm looking for

I’m looking to coordinate community-focused projects, use data for reporting, and support teams with inclusive, tech-forward communication—while building my digital and UI/UX skills to deliver measurable, positive outcomes.

I’m a dedicated and adaptable professional who brings proven strengths in project coordination, community engagement, and team support. I combine strong organizational and communication skills with a growing proficiency in digital tools, and I’m driven by using technology for social impact.

In my most recent role as a Project Facilitator at nHub foundation, I coordinated and executed community outreach programs that engaged over 1,200 beneficiaries and strengthened local impact. I also improved operational efficiency by managing and allocating project resources with full accountability—achieving a 15% reduction in resource waste through improved tracking—and I implemented monitoring and evaluation tools that improved project delivery timelines by 20%. Leading weekly team meetings and workshops, I fostered collaboration and alignment, while mentoring and supporting 5+ volunteers and junior staff to strengthen their project management and community engagement skills.

Earlier, as an Office Assistant at ITF, I maintained organized office files and documents for easy access, supported staff with administrative tasks like copying and scanning, and ensured office supplies were tracked and reordered on time. Before that, as a Teacher at Clemofad, I taught and supervised students, organized extracurricular activities to improve teamwork and discipline, and maintained accurate records and progress reports—helping students build study habits and moral discipline for improved academic performance.
