I am a dedicated Clinical Psychologist with a master’s degree in clinical psychology and a proven track record of making a positive impact in diverse settings. My professional journey reflects a commitment to enhancing the mental well-being of individuals through assessment, intervention, and support. I have accumulated valuable experience working in various environments, including an autistic center, a rehabilitation center, and as a teacher.

At Sidra Akhtar Foundation, I conduct assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and provide counseling for rehabilitation individuals. My collaborative approach with healthcare professionals ensures an integrated patient care approach, supporting individuals adapting to life changes due to injury, illness, or disability. I also facilitate group therapy sessions for peer support and community building, which has been instrumental in fostering a supportive environment for my clients.

Previously, at Step to Learn, I conducted in-depth assessments for individuals with autism and developed tailored intervention plans using evidence-based techniques. My experience as a lecturer in psychology has further honed my skills in effective communication and collaborative teamwork, allowing me to support families through psychoeducation and counseling.
