At R G Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, I provide functional support on an Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and a support/maintenance project.
I configure and support Core HR, Absence Management and Payroll, and work on security roles and access configuration.
I develop and maintain Fast Formulas for business requirements. I also handle support tickets by analysing issues, applying fixes and validating them with users.
On a demo instance, I built an end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM setup for a sample company, covering enterprise structure, Core HR, Absence, Payroll and Security.
