At Stedder Technology, I designed and deployed a cloud-based asset management workflow using Booqable and QR-code tracking for 600+ assets. It reduced dispatch processing time by 50% and improved inventory accuracy from 85% to 99.5%.
I mapped and standardised the asset lifecycle from procurement and receiving through warehousing, deployment, maintenance, returns, and invoicing. The SOP redesign reduced the invoicing cycle from 3 days to 1 day and improved operational-to-financial traceability.
I led implementation and change management for 15 operations and warehouse staff, using pilot testing, KPI tracking, user training, and process controls to transition from manual records to a digital workflow.
In SAP S/4HANA MM projects, I configured processes across enterprise structure, material and vendor master data, purchasing, source determination, and inventory management. I’m targeting procurement, supply chain, and SAP MM functional consulting roles, supported by my SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition Sourcing and Procurement certification.
