What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where my ophthalmology and OCT imaging skills directly support high-quality research, AI dataset validation, and telehealth diagnostics, within a compliance-focused, improvement-driven culture.

I’m an Ophthalmology Specialist with training across clinical care and ophthalmic research, currently combining my medical background with imaging-focused work for AI validation. After completing my MBBCh and Master of Ophthalmology, I advanced into specialty practice at Alexandria University Students’ Hospital.

In parallel, I’m pursuing a PhD of Hospital Administration (University of Alexandria), with a Diploma of Hospital Administration (GPA: 3.9). I focus on research quality and systems thinking—evident in my thesis clinical research and my emphasis on good clinical practice and compliance learning (ICH-GCP, HIPAA awareness/security, and clinical trials operations).

Most recently, as a Remote Retinal Imaging Consultant at JuneBrain, Inc., I manually delineate retinal layers in OCT scans to establish gold-standard datasets for AI validation. I apply imaging expertise to improve algorithm accuracy, quality control, and telehealth diagnostics, and I also support scientific communication as a Freelance/Remote Editor at Cactus Communications.
