At Sofrecom Tunisia (Orange Group), I designed an incident analysis platform using Apache Kafka and LLMs to detect and analyze incidents from log data. I developed a workflow for incident classification, code localization, and LLM-assisted patch generation.
I optimized the platform with fingerprinting and caching mechanisms, reducing redundant events and AI analysis costs by approximately 50%.
At Sagemcom, I developed an agentic AI system to generate manufacturing files from production specifications. I evaluated RAG, GraphRAG, and Agentic RAG approaches, helping automate a manual process that had taken the team several days.
My projects include a multilingual AI assistant, a multi-agent fake news fact-checking system, and FarmScope, a geospatial RAG assistant for agriculture. I also built a secure data-transfer gateway at Sofrecom Tunisia and coordinated training operations at KOACH.
