What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute as a SOC Analyst L1 within a security operations team, applying my experience in security monitoring, SIEM investigations, endpoint detection, and network threat analysis while developing advanced skills in incident response and threat hunting.

At ITButler E-Services, I monitor security alerts and events across SIEM, EDR, and NDR platforms, then triage and classify potential incidents based on severity and available evidence.

I use IBM QRadar and Elastic Stack to review logs, investigate detection rules, and identify indicators of compromise. I also investigate endpoint alerts with CrowdStrike, Trend Micro, and Microsoft Defender.

With Darktrace, I examine network anomalies and suspicious connections. I analyze firewall logs, traffic, authentication events, and threat intelligence to support initial risk assessments.

I document investigation findings and escalate suspicious incidents to senior analysts. I’m looking to keep developing my incident response and threat hunting skills as a SOC Analyst L1.
