At AristonGroup – Egypt, I managed supply chain and logistics planning, sourcing, operations, and distribution for local and international customers, with a focus on cost, efficiency, productivity, quality, and service levels.
At Concept for Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions, I was Managing Director and oversaw purchasing, freight services, project logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution. I also held P&L responsibilities and worked across industries including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and automotive.
Since May 2024, I’ve worked as a freelance Business Consultant, Advisor, and Career Coach. I collaborate with organizations to improve supply chain processes, set KPIs and workflows, and develop teams; I also coach supply chain professionals on career development and practical skills.
My experience spans planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and international trade. I hold a master’s degree in Management of International Trade Logistics, a Certified Supply Chain Management Professional credential, and a Certified Customs Clearance qualification.
