At Tata Consultancy Services, I built an end-to-end enterprise AI conversation analytics platform for CodeVita, including intent classification with TF-IDF and LinearSVM, conversation intelligence, and automated reporting. I also developed a standalone Java integration pipeline with PostgreSQL and workflow recovery mechanisms.
At Tata Motors, I developed a lead classification dashboard using NLP embeddings, audio feature extraction, and machine learning models, reducing manual review effort by about 40%. I also designed and created the Tata Motors Tech Blog to present technical content clearly and improve knowledge sharing.
