I develop scalable Power BI semantic models, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and optimized SQL datasets for interactive dashboards and KPI reporting. My work includes secure role-based access through Row-Level Security, drill-through reporting, and dynamic filtering.
I delivered an HR Analytics solution for 2,000+ employees across 60 nationalities, covering employee profiles, leave, dependents, allowances, and organizational hierarchy. I also created monitoring solutions that surface data freshness, refresh status, anomalies, and SQL Server Agent job performance.
Previously at Thoucentric, I developed data pipelines and ETL workflows, optimized SQL transformations, and analyzed large datasets to support reliable analytics and data-driven decisions.
