I am proficient in R, Excel, machine learning, and Power BI, which I utilize for data cleaning, visualization, and statistical analysis. My strong leadership and teamwork skills have allowed me to collaborate effectively in project-based environments, uncovering insights and presenting actionable recommendations.

One of my notable projects involved analyzing basketball data to derive player performance metrics, where I used dplyr and ggplot2 for data manipulation and visualization. I identified key trends in player efficiency and team dynamics, discovering patterns in game outcomes. Additionally, I conducted an employee performance and productivity analysis, processing extensive datasets to assess workflow productivity and evaluate performance metrics, which helped in identifying patterns leading to employee resignation.
