At H&R Block, I build automated incident-response playbooks and responders that reduce MTTR and improve SOC efficiency. I also automate SOC reporting and deploy red- and blue-team security tools alongside InfoSec teams.

I investigate and triage incidents across CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Netskope, Devo, AWS GuardDuty, and Obsidian Security. I work with cloud and identity teams to tune detections, reduce false positives, and turn threat-hunting insights into stronger identity and endpoint visibility.

My work also includes agentic security solutions using Azure Foundry and Microsoft Copilot Studio, an RBAC and LDAP-integrated HR onboarding system, and co-authoring research on explainable human-AI alert prioritization in security operations.
