What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can support corporate advisory work, strengthen contract risk review, and perform reliable digital legal research. I want mentorship to grow my due diligence and drafting quality while contributing to real client workflows.

I’m a BBA LLB (Hons.) student at IMS Unison University with a strong focus on corporate advisory and transactional legal work. Through structured legal simulations, I’ve developed a working approach to risk-aware analysis and compliance-driven contract drafting.

In the Corporate Law Virtual Experience Graduate (Kilpatrick & Townsend | Forage), I executed simulated professional legal tasks including investment management structure analysis, due diligence exercises, and commercial agreement redlining. I draft and revise contracts using formal redlines to support corporate compliance, while evaluating disclosure-related risks.

I also strengthen my legal fundamentals through training like Manupatra Certified Legal Research (MCLR) and digital research skilling under Skill India/NSDC. Alongside coursework, I actively participate in student moots and legal research simulations, sharpening drafting and legal writing through workshops, mock trial observation, and problem-brief collaboration.
