At RIB Software – A Schneider Group Company, I own the onboarding workstream for a construction-software platform. By tightening prioritization and backlog refinement across 10+ sprints, I helped improve sprint completion from about 40% to 70% and cut carryover to single digits.
I lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and daily standups for a cross-functional team, and write acceptance criteria for platform features and related APIs. I also build sprint-health dashboards, document user journeys and feature explanations, and support demos and User Acceptance Testing.
