I’m looking to drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement in high-precision manufacturing, using RCA, PM, and OEE-focused analytics to deliver stability, yield, and total customer satisfaction.

I’m a results-driven Equipment Engineer with over 9 years in high-precision semiconductor manufacturing (SMT), focused on reliability, efficiency, and performance improvements. At Infineon, I used problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5-Whys) to cut downtime by 72% and extend MTBA to 1.6 Hrs, while driving OEE improvements up to 78% through parameter and hardware optimization.

I also partner cross-functionally to improve quality and defect performance, using DOE to reduce major defect rate from 1.9% to 0.15%. I develop and run preventive maintenance programs (PM) in systems, manage spare parts and critical technical documentation (FMEA, T32, PM-WI, SOPs), and have led end-to-end equipment transfer and qualification, including supplier pre-qualification in Germany and production launch in 2025.
