At Helena Home Care, I conduct HIPAA/HITECH assessments and configure OneTrust privacy workflows to support compliance and patient privacy rights. I manage Data Subject Request processes and support consent management through OneTrust.
I also conduct Privacy Impact Assessments with Legal, IT, Security, and operational teams, and support privacy incident investigations and breach risk assessments. My work includes reviewing vendor privacy risks and Business Associate Agreements, as well as documenting PHI data flows.
Previously, I monitored data protection compliance at Skye Bank and supported audits, risk assessments, and customer privacy requests. At Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., I conducted privacy risk assessments, supported privacy governance, and helped investigate privacy incidents.
