At ecommOS, I explore a live e-commerce application from a user’s perspective, checking how its features behave against expected outcomes.

I test workflows for products, inventory, deliveries, forms, assignment modes, and role-based permissions. When I find unexpected behaviour, I reproduce it and report clear steps and descriptions in Linear, sharing findings with the team through Slack.
