At CROWN HOPE COMPUTER SCHOOL, I provided computer instruction and day-to-day technical support, installing and configuring Windows and application software.
I troubleshot software and system issues and restored systems, while supporting users with computer operation and basic networking concepts.
In cybersecurity projects, I used VirtualBox to build virtualized security-lab environments with Kali Linux and vulnerable practice systems for controlled exercises.
I practiced packet analysis and network discovery with Wireshark and Nmap, and followed a structured approach to investigating SOC alerts. My cybersecurity training was through the Cybersecurity Training Programme at TS Academy.
