I've led UX for Aeeiee's SaaS, mobile, and enterprise web products, turning ambiguous requirements into clear user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.

For Catch the Ghost, I used analytics and usability insight to identify user drop-off and iterate on the iOS and Android productivity app, which holds a 4.8-star App Store rating across a 600+ figure content library. I also redesigned Dress Measurement across iOS, Android, and iPad, including its subscription upgrade journey, contributing to improved paid conversions.

I designed Catch the Ghost Cloud and 3mote, internal SaaS platforms with editorial workflows, component libraries, kanban boards, task management, chat, and role-based administration. I work directly with stakeholders to surface conflicting requirements early and align product, engineering, and business teams.

Alongside product design, I've written UX copy and documentation, designed responsive marketing sites, and partnered with startups on e-commerce and learning products including Quizitude and NurtureHouse. I use research, usability testing, analytics, accessibility, and AI-assisted design tools to make evidence-based decisions.
