Addi Buffington

I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to patients. My journey in occupational therapy began with my education at the University of Southern Indiana, where I earned my Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy and became NBCOT certified in January 2023. I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Occupational Therapy at Hanover College, with an expected graduation in December 2025.

In my professional experience, I have worked at Indiana University Health and Rehabilitation and Westview Nursing and Rehabilitation, where I provided specialized occupational therapy services to diverse patient populations. I am skilled in utilizing various documentation systems, including MedBridge, WellSky, Cerner, NetHealth, and Plan of Care, to create and implement goal-driven interventions. My hands-on experience includes working directly with patients, developing home exercise programs, and participating in the evaluation and discharge processes.
