I've supported Aanu Extensions by responding to customer inquiries, managing online sales communication, processing wig orders, coordinating deliveries, and providing customer support before and after purchase.

At Virtual Network Café, I handled customer inquiries, document typing, printing, scanning, photocopying, simple promotional design, data entry, and record keeping. I also managed daily branch operations when required.

For Banks Enterprises, I handled inbound calls and online messages for house rentals and car sales, managed client inquiries, scheduled viewings, and provided remote customer support.

I'm building my data analysis capability through TS Academy training and hands-on Excel work, including cleaning vehicle sales records, calculating revenue and profit, creating PivotTables, and building interactive dashboards with PivotCharts and slicers.
