At Bukidnon Second Electric Cooperative Inc., I manage meter-reading gadgets, maintain their hardware and software readiness, and keep field data synchronized. I also supervise BMCEC meter readers’ schedules and handle consumer billing inquiries and account adjustments.

Before moving into billing, I supported the cooperative’s IT operations. I troubleshot computers, printers, software, operating systems, and local network issues, while maintaining equipment inventories and setting up audio/video systems for events.

From 2017 to 2020, I assisted the BUSECO AGMA Technical Committee with audio/video setups and live operations during Annual General Membership Assemblies. I remain on the committee, assisting with the audio mixer, sound systems, and backup feeds.

Earlier, as a CCTV Operator at Limketkai Luxe Hotel & Resort Corporation, I monitored camera feeds, checked system hardware, and coordinated with field personnel using two-way radios. I’ve also designed and deployed a multi-camera CCTV system, including wiring and DVR setup, alongside local network configurations and PC hardware repairs for clients.
