What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role where I can use my applied behavior analysis skills and special needs support experience to improve learning, speech, and communication outcomes—while contributing to organizational growth in a structured, supportive environment.

I’m a dedicated and hardworking professional focused on helping children with special needs make measurable progress. Through my experience supporting learning, language, and attention development, I bring structured, individualized support that strengthens both confidence and outcomes.

In my most recent role in Special Needs Intervention (2024 - 2026), I supported children with learning disabilities by implementing targeted intervention strategies that led to measurable improvement within a short period. I also assisted children with reading difficulties using structured literacy techniques, and I managed hyperactivity and attention challenges with effective behavioral strategies to improve focus and classroom engagement.

I’ve also supported therapy and communication development as an Assistant Speech Therapist (November 2024). I helped assess and deliver therapy sessions, assisted in implementing individualized intervention plans for speech, language, and communication skills, and monitored and documented children’s progress during sessions.

Alongside intervention work, I’ve built strong teaching and classroom skills as a Subject Teacher and Class Teacher, adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs while maintaining a positive, well-managed environment. I hold applied behavior analysis technician credentialing (ABAT) and my background includes Science Laboratory Technology and Laboratory Technician experience, giving me a careful, safety-minded approach and strong record-keeping discipline.
