I improved a 4–20 mA loop controller’s current accuracy from ±3% to within ±1%, achieved 100% compliance in EX-i barrier-board validation, and improved HART waveform quality from 75% to 90%.
I led bring-up and validation for four EOT controller units, resolved more than five critical defects to reduce field failures by 25%, and became the team’s radio-tuning expert for the 8800SX CSM device.
I also build practical automation and AI design tools, including Python workflows that reduced BOM sourcing from eight hours to 20 minutes and a buck-converter design tool adopted team-wide.
