I’m a Business Process Analyst specializing in digital adoption, enablement platforms, and process automation, with a strong focus on SAP enablement. I help teams reduce manual effort and improve user onboarding by building scalable guidance and learning experiences.

In my current role, I manage the SAP Enable Now platform end-to-end—resolving user issues, running enablement sessions, and setting standard content development processes. I also led enterprise deployments of SAP Companion across applications including Ariba Guided Sourcing, Guided Buying, SAP Sales Cloud for Customer, and Planisware i3PM to strengthen in-app guidance and process adherence.

I translate enablement activity into outcomes by building and maintaining Power BI dashboards that track training completion and readiness. I create consolidated reporting views across multiple data sources so stakeholders get actionable insights, and I support Digital Adoption Platform initiatives using WalkMe with user behavior analytics (feature usage, engagement trends, and drop-offs).

I’m hands-on with automation and continuous improvement, developing internal tools and scripts using JavaScript/Python to streamline data handling and workflow execution. Through Power Apps and Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop), I digitize training operations and build automated reporting workflows that deliver real-time visibility and faster decision-making. I also build and publish projects—like a Node.js backend platform and a Django-based reward-learning system with AI-based monitoring—and bring that same build mindset to every enablement challenge.
