I'm looking for an RPA or automation-focused role where I can analyze processes, automate repetitive work, build dashboards, and contribute to continuous process improvement and digital transformation.

At Genpact, I analyze business processes, identify RPA opportunities, and support workflow standardization to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

I use Microsoft Excel for data cleansing, reconciliation, reporting, and performance tracking, while developing Power BI reports and dashboards that support data-driven decisions.
