At BMO, I support enterprise IT operations by monitoring and troubleshooting systems, investigating alerts with SOC and cybersecurity teams, and escalating suspicious activity. I also contribute to security audits, compliance reporting, and disaster recovery testing.
I’ve automated application deployment pipelines with Ansible and GitHub, and implemented playbooks for health checks, inventory management, and access control. My work also includes administering RedHat Linux and Solaris systems and supporting applications such as WebSphere, IHS, and MQ.
