What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and automate reliable Azure environments, strengthen governance and security, and solve complex infrastructure, incident, and disaster-recovery challenges.

At Sanganan IT Solutions (aCloud), I provide L2/L3 support across Azure compute, networking, storage, identity, backup, and disaster recovery for managed client subscriptions. I own P2/P3 incident resolution, RCA, and PIR activities for platform disruptions.

I automate Azure provisioning with Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM Templates, and Bicep, while maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub. I also deploy and manage Logic Apps, Container Apps, and Application Gateway for scalable workloads.

Previously at LTIMindtree, I reduced VM deployment time by 40% and improved incident resolution speed by 30% through automation and proactive monitoring. I’ve supported Azure IaaS environments to 99.9% uptime SLA adherence while administering Windows Server, Azure AD, RBAC, backup, and recovery.
