What I'm looking for

I'm looking to investigate complex financial crime, mitigate fraud exposure, and support compliant dispute resolution across AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, and account-risk investigations.

At OnePay through iEnergizer, I lead investigations into high-volume peer-to-peer, ACH, and cryptocurrency transactions to mitigate fintech fraud and potential money-laundering activity.

I use LexisNexis, Marqeta, and CCAT for forensic account audits, identity verification, and risk assessments. I analyse suspicious behavioural patterns to identify emerging fraud typologies and prepare Suspicious Activity Reports for internal legal review.

I manage provisional-credit reviews for disputed payments, balancing financial-loss mitigation with consumer-protection and compliance requirements. I also investigate chargebacks and payment disputes using transaction evidence to support appropriate case resolution.

My work covers AML, KYC/CIP verification, identity theft and account takeover detection, real-time transaction monitoring, enhanced due diligence, and customer due diligence.
