I also built an LLM-as-judge evaluation framework and a concurrent orchestrator that cut evaluation time by 50% while reaching 99% completion on flaky endpoints. For staffing analytics, I built a production MCP server that analyzes ITSM ticket data and supports staffing recommendations.
My work also includes an SLA and resolution-time prediction service that cut manual triage by 90%. As a CNCF – KubeEdge (Ianvs) Open Source Contributor, I proposed a multi-layer restoration system and resolved silent execution failures; I also built the OpenKruise Doc Agent, which resolves 85% of lookups without LLM calls.
