At Accenture, I facilitated IAM implementation and upgrades for Ping Identity and ForgeRock platforms. I also coordinated application onboarding, including integration requirements, configuration validation, and connectivity testing.
I tested IAM applications and authentication workflows, validated SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML integrations, and supported deployment checks through Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. I also participated in Identity Gateway and Ingress Switch deployment activities, including post-deployment functional validation.
