I’m a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience designing enterprise SaaS across FinTech, Healthcare, EdTech, Logistics, and B2B products. I lead end-to-end product design—from discovery and research to information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and developer handoff—so teams can move from insights to outcomes with clarity.

I specialize in Enterprise CRM platforms, dashboard design, workflow optimization, and design systems, especially for complex internal tools. In my recent FinTech work, I led UX design for enterprise CRM modules supporting the complete credit card lifecycle, designing 20+ enterprise screens and simplifying partner/merchant workflows through improved information architecture and interaction design—while delivering developer-ready specifications, prototypes, Design QA, and implementation reviews.
