Abhishek Kamble

I’m a Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in Machine Design, with hands-on experience in product development, automation systems, and mechanical design for industrial applications. I design and develop automation hardware, build fabrication-ready CAD models and assemblies, and validate performance using ANSYS.

In recent work, I designed automation systems like Automated Fryer, Sandwich Griller, TeaMaker, Retrofit Automation Units, and TPMS Fixture—integrating sensors, actuators, and control systems to improve efficiency and reliability. I also develop IoT-enabled products, including an automated deep fryer with Arduino-based automation, and I’ve supported client-driven design modifications and ELV system documentation. I’m especially motivated by manufacturable, reliable designs that move smoothly from prototype to implementation, and I’ve contributed to a patented Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) system.
