At Webcontrive, I developed and scaled Rivyo, a Shopify review management SaaS serving 10,000+ merchants and handling 2.5M daily API requests. I maintained 99.9% uptime through performance optimization and monitoring.
I also developed Rivyo’s webhook management system, which processes 3M+ monthly events with queue-based processing and retry mechanisms. I built review aggregation from 15+ sources and a configurable form builder for merchant data collection.
At Technozer Solution, I architected and delivered Laravel applications, including a GST compliance SaaS that processes data from 12+ e-commerce platforms. Its report generation and compliance workflows enabled 2-minute GSTR-1 submissions, compared with the traditional 2-hour manual process.
Earlier, at Fortitude Infotech, I designed and deployed production web applications across the complete SDLC. My work included CodeIgniter business management systems and RESTful APIs using Node.js for mobile backend services.
