I'm currently supporting product quality at Shakunt Enterprises Pvt Ltd through incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

I contribute to root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and internal, external, ISO, BIS, and customer audits. I also apply TPM, 5S, and Kaizen practices to improve equipment efficiency, reduce downtime, and strengthen workplace standards.

My mechanical engineering projects include designing and developing a biomass-fueled food grains dryer to improve drying efficiency and reduce grain spoilage. I've also developed an electric grain winnower and a hydraulic bench vise, taking work through design, prototyping, testing, and performance improvement.

Through internships at Vijayalaxmi Gears, Carriage Repair Workshop SWR Hubli, and GTTC Hubli, I've gained exposure to production, inspection, railway coach maintenance, CNC machining, and 2D/3D mechanical design.
