I am a qualified US CPA, Chartered Accountant and DipIFR holder with 15 years of post-qualification experience focused on financial reporting and assurance across US GAAP, IFRS, Ind AS and local GAAPs. I have worked across telecom, aviation, infrastructure and capital-intensive service industries.

As an Associate Director at a Big Four affiliate, I led accounting and assurance engagements, managed client relationships and project delivery, and executed audits and financial reporting for listed and non-listed entities in India and overseas. I received multiple recognitions for performance and client service while leading assignments in KSA and Singapore.

Since 2020 I work as a freelance accounting advisor, providing technical accounting advisory, implementation of new standards (ASC 842/IFRS 16, IFRS 15), consolidation and acquisition accounting, and financial reporting support for SEC registrants and multinational subsidiaries. I also created a Udemy e-course on leases that has 7,000+ learners from 120 countries and ranks in the top 1% of its category.

I deliver practical, solution-oriented advice on complex accounting issues, internal controls, IPO readiness and financial due diligence. I enjoy training teams, writing technical content, and helping organisations implement robust reporting processes to improve compliance and clarity for stakeholders.
